The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Steven N. Utter Jr., 26 of 19 Amherst Rd. Waterloo, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired – Drugs.The arrest is the result of a complaint and subsequent traffic stop of the vehicle that Utter was operating. Utter was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine and was subsequently determined to be under the influence of cocaine and heroin.Utter was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree as well as other Vehicle and Traffic Offenses.Utter was released on his tickets and is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on May 16, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
