Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Samuel B. Santiago, age 29, of 13 LaFayette Park, Apt. 6, Rochester ny. on a Parole warrant issued out of Monroe County. Police officers responded to a possible alcohol and drug party located at 25 Peterman Rd.at around 2310 hrs. Upon questioning several subjects, it was found that Santiago was wanted by NYS Parole. Santiago is being held in the Seneca County Correctional facility awaiting Parole to transport him back to Monroe County. It was also found during the officers investigation that there was no drugs or alcohol being used.
