On April 10, 2012, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Brian J. Belcher, 34, of 15 South Seneca Street, Apartment 1, Waterloo, New York, following an investigation into alleged narcotics trafficking.Members of the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, Sheriff’s Office Uniform Road Patrol, the Waterloo Police Department, and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at Belcher’s residence. Upon the execution of the search warrant, Belcher was found to be in possession of nine individually packaged baggies of cocaine that weighed about ten grams.Belcher was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony. Belcher was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Belcher is to re appear in the Waterloo Village Court on April 13, 2012, at 11am.
