Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday April 9th at 11:50 a.m. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 15 year old Town of Varick resident for Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd. Charges stem from intentional fire alarm activation on Sunday April 8th at about 1:30 p.m. at a Town of Varick residential facility. It is alleged that the 15 year old activated the alarm when there was no fire or any threat of a fire. The 15 year old was issued an appearance ticket and will have to answer the charge in Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
