Waterloo Police Department arrested Derek M. Kingston, age 36, of 1126 Hecker Rd, Waterloo on numerous charges following an incident on early Sunday morning around 12:45 am. It was reported that Kingston was kicking vehicles in the parking lot located off South Virginia St near Main St, and when police arrived on scene Kingston refused to cooperate with them and resisted arrest. He was also found to have marijuana in his pocket.Kingston was charged with Felony Criminal Mischief 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, Resisting Arrest, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on $3000 / $5000 bail. He is to answer the charges on 5/2/12 in Waterloo Village Court.
