Seneca County District Attorney Barry Porsch announced that a five-count indictment has been filed charging Mary A. Brainard of Route 89, Romulus, NY, with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (class D felony) and four counts of Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree (class E felony). The maximum possible sentence for the class D felony offense is 7 years.
