Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 31st 2012 at 03:55am, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Shawn A Ocorr, age 25, of 329 Maple St Oswego NY on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo. Ocorr was charged with Driving While Intoxicated a Felony stemming from a prior conviction in the previous ten years and Operating with Insufficient Tail Lamps. Ocorr was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail $4,000 secured bond and is to reappear before the Town of Waterloo, Justice Folk on April 12th 2012 to answer the charges.
