Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested John B Orak, 43, of 451 Hayts Rd Ithaca NY, for Harassment in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation and Menacing in the 3rd Degree. It is alleged Orak applied pressure to the throat area and physically struck a Town of Covert resident during a domestic dispute. Orak was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court and released on his own recognizance. Orak is to reappear in the Town of Covert Court on April 16th 2012 to answer the charges
