The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested James M. Scutt, age 51 of 120 Lewis St. Geneva, NY after a traffic stop on State Rte 5 and 20 in the Town of Waterloo. Scutt was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated DWI .18% or higher, Failure to Keep Right, and Failure to Use Designated Lane. Scutt was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo Court where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Waterloo Court on 04/12/2012 at 5:00PM.
