On Sunday morning, Seneca Falls Police arrested David P. Fenton 24 of Auburn Road for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Unlawful Imprisonment and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.Fenton was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was found in Criminal Contempt and held on no bail for 30 days. Fenton was held on $2500 cash bail for the previous charges. Fenton is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/11/2012 at 9:00am.
