Waterloo Police Dept. arrested two Village of Waterloo youths for Criminal possession of stolen property 5th., and Conspiracy 6th. It is alleged the youths stole items from a parked motor vehicle, located on E. Elizabeth Street, Waterloo, on 03/20/12 at about 1:00 A.M. One of the youths was issued appearance tickets, and is to appear in Waterloo Village Court at a later date. The second youth was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court, and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $ 5,000 cash or $10,000 bail bond, and is to reappear in court ata later date.
