Canandaigua Nat. Bank announces 2 promotions

Canandaigua National Bank and Trust (CNB) has announced the promotion of two staff members, Marie Dastin and Allyson Roote.Dastin, who has been promoted to vice president, recruitment and employee relations, has been with the bank since 1998. She is responsible for recruitment for the bank, as well as providing employee relations support to CNB’s business units and managers. Dastin currently resides in Hicksville.Roote, who previously served as assistant vice president, human resources and training, has been promoted to vice president, human resources and training. Roote joined the CNB team in 2008. She is responsible for delivering CNB value training, and is the key HR expert for several of the bank’s business units.
