Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 3 men from Syracuse following a larceny investigation at a Town of Junius Business.On March 27th 2012 at 1:05 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jason A. Clark age 28 of 702 Pond Street Syracuse, Anthony J. Cummins Jr age 20 of 1224 Park Street Syracuse and Christopher J. Mothersell age 18 of 508 Wolf Street Syracuse. They were charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th following an investigation into a report that the 3 men were stealing items from numerous Town of Junius Businesses. All 3 were issued appearance tickets to appear in Junius Town Court on May 1st 2012 at 7 p.m. to answer the charges.
