Sheriff David Gould would like to take the time to remind everyone that as the weather improves, more and more people will be out sharing the roadways as they walk, run, cycle and operate motorcycles. Please be extra observant and look twice before pulling out.For those that are out on the roadways walking or running, please remember to stay as far left as possible, proceeding against traffic, wear high visibility clothing and be observant of traffic.For those that are out on the roadways cycling, please remember to stay as far right as possible, proceed with traffic, follow all rules of the roadway, do not ride more than two abreast, reduce to single-file when being overtaken, wear high visibility clothing and be observant of traffic.We hope all have a safe and healthy outdoor season!
