On March 22, 2012 at approx. 1:24 pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Marc C. Daniels, age 50, from 129 Fernwood Ave Rochester NY 14621 for Falsely Reporting an Incident in the Third Degree. It is alleged that Daniels activated the OnStar button on a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer that he was detailing for local business. Daniel stated to the OnStar operator that someone had a gun to his head. Several officers responded and discovered that there was no one with a gun at that location. Daniels was taken into custody, processed and then arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court. Daniels was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. ins. Daniels next court date is March 28, 2012 at 9 am.
