Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Devita M Young, 17, of 75 1/2 Saratoga Ave Rochester NY, for Petit Larceny and Endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Young stole $436.91 worth of merchandise from a Town of Junius business while holding a twenty month old child. Young was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail or $1000 secured bond. Young is to reappear in the Town of Junius Court on April 19th 2012, to answer the charges. The child was turned over to a relative.
