The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of Carrington L. Tarver, 18 of 10 Goodman St. Apt. D-43 Geneva, NY for Petit Larceny and Possession of Alcohol by a Person less than 21.The arrest is the result of a complaint where it is alleged that Tarver did take wine coolers from a business without attempting to pay for the merchandise.Tarver was issued Appearance Tickets for the charges and is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on April 18, 2012 to answer the charges.
