Seneca County Sheriff’s Office conducted a one day check of all sex offenders in Seneca County. All level one, two, and three offenders were checked in their homes on 03/08/12 by Investigators and Road Patrol Deputies. Officers responded to all registered sex offender’s residences where they physically verified the sex offender’s address. As a result of this Sex Offender Sweep there were two arrests made and one arrest warrant issued. Arrested were:Kenneth R. Livingston, age 52 now of 5854 State Route 96 Apt. 207 Romulus, NY 14541. Livingston was found to no longer be living at his registered address, he was charged with failing to register a address change as a registered sex offender, a class E. Felony. Livingston was issued a appearence ticket and is to appear in Town of Romulus Court on 03/30/12 to answer the charge. Tina M. Lane, age 40 of 8570 Mill Street Lodi, NY was charged with Offering a false instument for filing 1st, a class E Felony and Making a punishable false statement, a class A misdemeanor. The charges stem from Lane submitting false documents to Seneca County DHS to obtain welfare benefits and giving a false statement to Investigators. These charges were discovered when checking the residence of a sex offender and it was discovered there were more people living at the residence then Seneca County D.H.S. was aware of. Seneca County D.H.S. investigators assisted in this arrest. An Arrest warrant was obtained for a third sex offender who was found not to be living at his registered address. Monti C Hawkins, age 37, unknown address is a level two sex offender.
