At 8:10 AM – Missing Vulnerable Adult Alice G. Deal was located on Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies. Deal was found to have cuts and scrapes and was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for further evaluation. Sheriff’s investigation is continuing.
