Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies investigated an one car personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Packwood Road in the Town of Waterloo on March 17th 2012 at approx. 5:10 pm. Deputies report that a vehicle driven by Russell K Logue, 62, of 79 Serenity Dr. Geneva NY was west bound on Packwood Rd when he lost control rounding a curve and over corrected and then crossed the east bound lane, left the road on the south side and rolled several times after striking several trees. Logue was flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital were he was admitted for back injuries and fractured ribs. Logue was charged with Speed Not Reasonable and Driving While Intoxicated. Logue will appear in the Town of Waterloo court on April 26th 2012 to answer to the charges.
