The Waterloo Police Department arrested a 16 year old youth who’s name is being held do to his age for Petit Larceny. It is alleged that the youth took a bag of Skittles from a Village of Waterloo business without paying for it. The youth was issued an Appearance Ticket and was released. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on April 18, 2012 to answer the charge.
