Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies and Investigators arrested Nicholas R. Stultz, age 23, with a last known address of 2246 Co. Rd. 139, Ovid, NY and charged him with Sexual Abuse 3rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. It is alleged that Stultz was having sexual relations with a female under the age of 17. Stultz was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000/$20,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to re-appear at the Town of Ovid Court on 04/17/2012 at 10:00AM A class “A” order of protection was issued on behalf of the Victim.
