Each year the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office actively participates in the New York State Sheriff’s Association’s Summer Camp Program at Camp Iroquois along Keuka Lake in Penn Yan. We look forward to carrying on this tradition during the 2012 camping season. This year the Sheriff’s Office has the opportunity to send ten children from Seneca County, between 9 to 12 years of age, to summer camp. Camp Iroquois is intended for children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Summer Camp and is offered at no cos t to the child or their family. Camp Iroquois is a fully staffed overnight camp and offers boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, sporting events, arts/ crafts, live demonstrations and presentations, and much more. The camp will run from July 29, 2012- August 4, 2012.If you would like an application or more information for Camp Iroquois, please contact Inv. Kipp M. Goodman of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office at [email protected] or (315) 220- 3444.
