Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies report that Smantha J Knuutila age 18, of 759 Hayts Rd, Ithaca NY 14850 was arrested for DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, DWI and failure to signal turn. The charges stem from a traffic stop that occurred on Mill St in the Town of Lodi where Knuutila failed to signal the turn onto Mill St. Upon further investigation it was determined that Knuutila was intoxicated. Knuutila was charged with DWI with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, DWI and failure to signal turn. Knuutila is to appear in the Town of Lodi Court on April 18th, 2012 at 10:00 am to answer for the charges.
