Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigator’s arrested Kyle T. Schroeder, age 22, of 690 West Washington Street, Geneva, N.Y., for 2 counts of Burglary in the 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree and Grand Larceny in the 4th degree. Schroeder is accused of breaking into a house in the Town of Varick on 10/20/11 and stealing more than $8,000 in jewelry. He is also accused of breaking into a house in the Town of Fayette on 12/21/11 and stealing a flat screen TV. Schroeder was arraigned before the Town of Varick Court and was committed to the Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $25,000 insurance bond.
