The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on March 11th,2012 at 7:15 pm, deputies arrested Buddy R. Weber age 35 of 4380 West Seneca Rd. Trumansburg NY on State Route 89 in the Town of Fayette. He was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving with a BAC of .08% or more, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree, Operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and speeding. Weber was arraigned before the Town of Fayette court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250.00 cash or $500.00 secured bond. Weber is to reappear before the Town of Fayette court April 4th 2012 to face further court action.
