The Seneca Falls Police Department is investigating a 1 car fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred the morning of March 11th, 2012. Officers came upon a passenger car on its side with significant damage at 4:09am on Gravel Road. The vehicles operator and sole occupant, Aubrey L. DeMillo, age 20, of 37 Walnut Street, Seneca Falls was pronounced dead at the scene by the Seneca County Coronor’s Office. The vehicle was northbound on Gravel Road when it lost control and rolled into a utility pole. A portion of Gravel Road was closed for several hours during the investigation. Members of the New York State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit are assisting in the investigation. The Seneca Falls Fire Department was also on scene until the road was reopened at about 9 am.
