The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Michael D. Skinner Jr, 19, of 25 Johnston St, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 was arrested for Petit Larceny on 3-11-12 at 6:15pm. Skinner allegedly stole an ink cartridge from a local Town of Seneca Falls business by unwrapping the item from its packaging, placing it in his pocket, and leaving the store without paying for it. An employee from the business attempted to stop Skinner at which time he ran, and was later found in the parking lot of another local business and was taken into custody with assistance from the New York State Police and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Skinner was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny and released, and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 4-5-12 at 10:00am.
