The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested Wessam Baroudi, 35, of 96 Hoffman Street Apt. 3, in Newark, New York, following an investigation into crack cocaine sales in the Town of Junius. Baroudi was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.The charges stem from an incident where Baroudi allegedly sold crack cocaine at a Town of Junius business in December of 2011 in the presence of a three year old child. Baroudi was arraigned in the Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Baroudi is to reappear in the Junius Town Court on March 13, 2012 at 6pm.
