On Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 4:55 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Jennifer L. Barnard, age 21, of 26 Church Street, Waterloo NY on a warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. Barnard allegedly grabbed a young child on January 6, 2012 causing bruising to the child. Ms. Barnard was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released on her own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
