The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Sarah A Beniamino age 30 of 160 East North St Geneva on Rt 96A in the Town of Fayette. Deputies state that Beniamino was stopped at 02:24 am and charged with DWI, BAC over .08% and Crossing Over Pavement Markings. Beniamino is to appear on March 21 at 7pm in the Town of Fayette Court to answer the charge.
