On Friday March 2nd 2012 Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Casey J. Johnston age 21 of 335 Waterloo- Geneva Rd. Johnston was charged with Rape in the third degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Johnston is accused of having a sexual relationship with a female under the age of seventeen in the Town of Waterloo. Johnston was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued. Johnston is to re- appear before the Waterloo Town Court on 03/08/12 to answer the charges.
