The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 6th 2012 at 1208 AM Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David A Clair age 41 of 9339 Kingtown Beach Rd, Trumansburg NY for DWI, BAC .08 or More and Improper Right Turn. The charges stem from an accident where Clair was attempting to turn on to Kingtown Beach Rd when he turned too wide and entered into the ditch at the intersection. When Sheriff’s Deputies arrived Clair was walking towards his residence and during the investigation it was determined that Clair was intoxicated. Clair is to appear in the Town of Covert Court on 04-16-12 at 10:00 am to answer for the charges.
