Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a one car personal injury accident that occurred on March 4, 2012 at 6:52 PM on Route 318 in the Town of Junius. A vehicle driven by Loni J Horn age 30 of 57 Stevenson St Seneca Falls was east bound on Rt 318 when she lost control of the vehicle on slippery roads and struck a guide rail. Horn complained of of back pain and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca ambulance to be checked over.Horn was issued a ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and will appear in the Town of Junius court on April 3, 2012 at 7:00PM
