The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 03/01/2012 Deputies responded to Waterloo Geneva Rd. in the area of Quiet Country Estates for the report of a personal injury motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival Deputies discovered a two car rear-end accident. It was determined that Anthony Lepki, age 43, of 5564 Rt. 96A, Romulus, NY was operating a 2005 Buick Rendezvous and attempting to make a left hand turn into Quiet Country Estates when his vehicle was struck from behind by a STS bus. The bus was being operated by Theresa M. Finn, age 46, of 9304 York Settelement Rd, North Rose, NY. There were four passengers on the bus at the time of the accident, two of which complained of an injury. The first injured passenger was Julie M. Monroe, age 34 of 78 Rivers Edge Commons Waterloo, NY. Monroe complained of a knee injury and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance. The second injured passenger, Robert J. Baker, age 79, of 28 Auburn Rd, Apt D1 Seneca Falls, NY complained of a small laceration to his hand and was treated at the scene by North Seneca. The other two passengers of the bus Danielle F Bulla, age 21 of 1004 Hunts Park, Farmington NY, and Chad C Carter, age 36 of 2 Fall St Seneca Falls, NY were not injured from the accident. The driver of the bus Theresa Finn was issued a citation for following too closely. Also assisting at the scene was the Waterloo Fire Dept.
