The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nathaniel D. Long, age 16 of 4887 SR 96A, in the Town of Varick on 02/26/2012. Long was charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th, and one count of Menacing 2nd. The arrest stems from an incident where Long allegedly kicked out two windows and then threatened to “shank” another person with an 8″ piece of glass. Long was arraigned at the Town of Fayette Court where he was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1000/$2000. Long is scheduled to appear at the Town of Varick Court at a later date.
