Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Brian E. MacGill, 38, of 3942 MacDougall Rd Waterloo on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear on charges of felony DWI and felony AUO1st from the Village of Waterloo Court. Deputies report that they obtained information regarding the whereabouts of MacGill and executed a search warrant at a Village of Waterloo residence where MacGill was taken into custody without incident. MacGill was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court in front of Justice Mattoon. MacGill was remanded to the Seneca County Jail without bail. MacGill will reappear on 3/2/12 at 0900 am for further court action. Deputies were assisted by the Waterloo Police Department.
