Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Donald L. Scharett, age 26 of 1875 Auburn Road Lot 6 Seneca Falls, NY on charges of Sex Abuse 3rd and Endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from Scharett having sexual contact with a 15 year old female without her consent. Scharett was arraigned in Town of Junius Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000.00 cash or $4000.00 bail bond.
