Waterloo Village Police Dept. arrested Robert W. Kenny, age 60, of 984 Waterloo-Geneva Rd., cabin 1, Waterloo, N.Y. on two bench warrants issuedout of the Village of Waterloo Court. The first bench warrant was issued on 12/7/2011 for failure to appear after arraignment on vehicle and traffic charges. Mr. Kenny plead guilty to AUO 2nd. degree, and was fined $ 585.00.The second bench warrant was issued on 12/13/2011 for failure to pay a fine on a previous petit larceny charge of $ 205.00. Mr. Kenny was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court, and was ROR’D. Mr. Kenny was ordered to pay the fines at a later date. NYSP assisted in the apprehension on Mr. Kenny.
