The Cayuga Indian Nation has purchased another property in Seneca County. On February 22nd, Joshua C. Alvarado sold the property at 3087 E Bayard Street Ext. in Seneca Falls, NY to the Cayuga Nation for $95,200. The property is currently assessed at $76,000. The property is .73 acres of land (Tax Map #: 32-2-25). This is first property acquired by the Cayuga Indian Nation in Seneca County since November 2011.
