Routes 13 and 36 will return to normal Monday morning, Feb. 27, following a two‑month detour prompted by emergency culvert construction near Boynton Middle School.The stop for both routes will be moved back to Lake St. @ Ithaca High School.TCAT apologizes for any inconvenience the detour caused and thanks passengers for their patience during the construction period.TCAT, Inc.
