The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Dwayne D. Falbru age 34 of 72 Phelps St. Lyons, NY on an arrest warrant from Seneca County Family Court. Falbru was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash bail. He is to re-appear in front of Judge Bender the next day the Family Court is in session.
