02/22/12 at 5:35 a.m. Waterloo Village Police Dept. arrested Kyle B. Shorter, age 20, of 40 Rose St., Geneva, N.Y. on a Bench Warrant issued by the Village of Waterloo Court. Shorter failed to pay a fine in the amount of $210.00 to the Village of Waterloo Court on previous violations. Geneva Police Dept. apprehended Shorter, and he was turned over to Waterloo P.D. Shorter was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court, and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bail bond. Shorter is to reappear on 02/29/12 in Village Court.
