The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of James L. Kelley, 47 of 384 East Main Street Waterloo, NY for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Assault in the third degree.The arrest is the result of a complaint where it is alleged that Kelley did have physical contact with a person under the age of seventeen (17) which did cause injury to that person.Kelley was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 secure bond. Kelley is to reappear at a later date and time to answer the charges.A Class A Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
