The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Investigators arrested Bryan R. Lyle age 25 of 61 N. Walnut St. Waterloo and charged him with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree. Investigators allege that Lyle submitted forms with a public benefit corporation while knowing that information contained therein was false and would defraud said public benefit corporation. Lyle was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and was released on his own recognizance. Lyle is scheduled to re- appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on March 7, 2012 to answer the charge.
