From February 28 through March 3, Macedon Village Merchants will be holding a fundraiser with the American Red Cross. Multiple Main Street businesses, including Books Etc., Covetts Cove, The Gingerbread Shop, and Turn It Around Consignment Shop, will be working with the American Red Cross to raise money for disaster relief. Anyone wishing to participate in this fundraiser should stop at one of these locations and donate $1.00. Upon doing so, they will receive a “Come Back Buck,” a coupon valued at $1.00 that can be used with any purchase at one of the participating village merchants. Those donating will also be entered into a drawing to win one of three great prizes: a $20.00 gift card from Flaherty’s Restaurant; a family four pack to a Rhino’s home game; or a free appetizer or dessert from TGI Fridays. The drawing for these prizes will be held on March 3.
