The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Jason P. Griffin, who is currently incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional facility in Romulus, on a Violation of Probation warrant issued by the Seneca County Court. Griffin is in the facility on unrelated charges; however those charges resulted in a violation petition being filed by Seneca County Probation Officers. Griffin will be arraigned before Judge Denis Bender the next day that the County Court is in session. Until then he will be held without bail.
