The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that officers responded to a 2 car personal injury MVA at 10:17 pm on Friday 2-10-12. Jeremy U. Trapp, 27, of 107 E Main St, Waterloo was traveling east on Rt 5&20 when Shawn D Nason, 40, of Stanton Meadows Apt 23 C, Seneca Falls pulled out in front of him from a driveway of a Rt 5&20 business and struck the front end of his vehicle. Nason and the passenger of Trapp’s vehicle, Trina L. Carter, were treated at the scene by Seneca Falls Fire Rescue and released. Officers report that both vehicles received front end damage and were towed from the scene. Nason was issued a summons for Failure to yield the right of way while entering a roadway and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
