The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports Deputies arrested Othe L. Wallis, age 43, of 890 Rt 5 Trailer #8, Waterloo NY. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute between Wallis and a Town of Waterloo female. Wallis allegedly struck the female in the face several times in front of several witnesses. Wallis was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Wallis was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to the SCCF in lieu of $750 cash/ $1500 secured bond. Wallis is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on March 8th an 5:00pm to answer the charges
