On Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at about 5:36 PM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Carlton G. Gibbs (age 46) of 1149 Waterloo Geneva Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 for felony DWI. The Waterloo Police witness Gibbs driving in the parking lane on West Main Street strike another vehicle that was parked and unoccupied. Following further investigation, Gibbs was arrested for DWI and also issued a ticket for failing to use designated lane. Gibbs was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10.000.00 bond. Hie is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
